Its paid already. By the previous owner. Thats why the previous
owner has the log card in hand to give to me to effect this
transfer to my name as its new owner.
However, the bike shop has not discharged the debts from their
system, thus making it impossible for LTA to do transfer to me
now.
My priority is for them to purge the debt from their system now.
Get the bike first, then later ask the owner that either he
lied....or he didnt know about the debt which was in his name by
that bike shop.
